Hello i'm iayana, and yes, I’m completely addicted to fresh air and open skies—no rehab needed.

I created this space to share practical tips, accessible ideas, and inspiration for anyone looking to bring more nature into their daily routines, no matter how packed their schedules might be.Living in the countryside, I’ve learned that even the tiniest dose of fresh air can work wonders for your mental health—especially when life is running at full speed.  I’m a real sucker for the outdoors, I believe even the simplest connection with nature can help you reset and recharge. 

If i’m not out chasing sheep [yes, don’t judge], i’m taking impromptu strolls in completely inappropriate shoes, mind-deep in a book or binging a Netflix series, you’ll find me behind the camera, capturing nature’s quiet magic.

Nature has always been my go-to for balance and peace. My Goal? To help busy individuals reconnect with nature through simple, time-saving outdoor activities, designed to reduce stress and improve well-being
